Run To The Hills

So it’s just gone 1 in the morning on Easter Friday and I am currently sitting in a car on the M6 somewhere between Birmingham and Manchester. No I’m not bat-shit insane, I’m off to a weekend scout camp in the Lake District!
There is a convoy of 4 cars going up from Essex and it’s been quite an eventful trip already. First someone didn’t know how to get onto the M25 at Lakeside and took the wrong exit on the roundabout. Then once we met up with the rest of the convoy at the A12 they decided to close the M25! It took us an hour and a half to get out of Essex!
Also each car has a walkie talkie so there’s been the infrequent arsing about with those

I hope the journey back on Monday is a little quicker but before that comes an extremely fun weekend!

I also have my camera with me so expect some pictures of dull landscapes and snow!

If and when I remember I shall try to tweet during the weekend but that will depend on phone signal
